Can I come pick up my order?

As much as we would love to see you, all orders are to be shipped out. No local pick ups.

 

I think my package may be lost / I haven’t received my package yet.

Please email hello@goldenhourjewelry.co and we will be happy to help you in filing a lost package claim. Please kindly note: Gold.en Hour Jewelry Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen package(s) once it has been delivered by the courier.

 

What should I do if I want to cancel or update my order?

You can cancel or update your order as long as it is not a personalized piece and/or has not been packed and/or shipped. We will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations before the order enters our shipping queues. Please email hello@goldenhourjewelry.co to cancel an order or update your shipping/order information.

 

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been packaged and is ready for shipment.

 

Why do personalized pieces take longer to ship out?

Good things take time! Initial Necklaces are not processed in house. From start to finish, 5-6 weeks is the average time for any personalized piece.
